The Front Office Host position is designed for our Guests to have a seamless experience at our resort. This highly visible role gives opportunity for elevated conversation and has a direct impact on creating the Guest experience. The Front Desk Host will be responsible for, but not limited to; assisting Guests with the registration process, account settlements, communication of hotel services and promotion, providing guests with information about local attractions/restaurants, in and around Scottsdale, and answering guest phone calls.
