ROOST Detroit is seeking a seasoned, guest-centric Front Office Director to lead all front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every guest. This role oversees the full Front Office team—including front desk, concierge, and guest services—and partners closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Property Leadership to uphold ROOST’s service standards. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on leader who thrives in a design-driven environment and understands how to balance operational excellence with genuine hospitality.
