About The Position

Our office, Ayik & Berto - Woodhill Endodontics, in Dallas, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator with Dental Assistance experience to join our busy specialty practice. Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator with Dental Assistance experience to take on all administrative and front office duties while also having dental assistance experience to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors while being able to multi-task. Here is what you need to know about the role, our team and why we could be the right next step in your career. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm- No Weekends! You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following: As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed. Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Understand treatment plans
  • Knowledge of instrument sterilization according to regulations
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • A high school diploma
  • Desires to help your patients

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients to the dental office
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updates records and files
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.)
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked operatory
  • Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
  • facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
