They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMCs core values.

Requirements

  • A dynamic individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Outgoing with a professional personality
  • Must work well independently and within a group
  • Excellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to community staff
  • Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
  • Maintaining membership files, association website and homeowner portal
  • Ensuring vendor insurance and W-9 files are current and organized
  • Fulfilling resident information requests
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of mailings and other important correspondence
  • Maintaining warranty information for office equipment, telephones, and computers
  • Monitoring the supply of important documents including: new homeowner packets, architectural forms, traffic and safety forms, etc.
  • Assisting with community meetings and activities as required
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting environment
