The Front Office Administrator is the first point of visitor & guest contact, ensuring that customer and visitor experience reflects Petzl's commitment to superior customer service. The administrative tasks support each department in the organization, and include Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR and Account Services . This position multi-tasks across a wide variety of operational areas of Petzl. This position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and the preferred start date will be as soon as possible. The position is full-time, non-exempt and qualifies for full health and welfare benefits, including a generous paid time off policy, a profit sharing plan, a 401(k) plan with match, and an extensive list of perks.
