This position is for a future Chick-fil-A restaurant projected to open Fall 2025. Leaders hired now will be employed and trained at a different Chick-fil-A restaurant. Restaurant assignment is subject to change at the discretion of the operator. Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned shifts and complete all required tasks
Be on time and offer your best at every shift
Work with a sense of urgency
Prioritize the needs of guests and the team before your own
Read and abide by everything outlined in the team member handbook
Set the example and uphold our standards of service among the team
Arrange a team according to strengths, delegate tasks, and hold team members accountable
Resolve guest issues professionally
Ensure team members complete daily food quality checks and cleaning tasks
Possess excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
Stand for periods up to 5 hours and lift objects as heavy as 50lbs
Be attentive to details and "the little things"
Motivate and inspire others to do their best work
