About The Position

Now looking for Restaurant Management Talent for a new upcoming concept! RiverDance Restaurant is an exciting new fine dining destination located in the breathtaking Rivergorge Ranch development. With a focus on elevated cuisine, exceptional service, and unforgettable guest experiences, we are building a team of hospitality professionals who set the standard for dining in the Grand Canyon of Tennessee,. We are seeking experienced and passionate Front of House Managers to join our opening team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering five-star service, and leading staff with professionalism and grace in a fine dining environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
  • Ability to coach and develop Team Members
  • Strong passion for hospitality and service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • Working knowledge of local and national health codes
  • Excellent communication
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front of house operations, including dining room, bar, and guest services
  • Lead, coach, and train service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily floor operations, reservations, and guest flow
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and solutions-focused thinking
  • Collaborate with back of house leadership to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory as needed
