About The Position
Riverdance is seeking a Baker to join our culinary team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts that complement our menu and reflect the Riverdance standard of excellence. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a baker, pastry cook, or similar role in a restaurant or bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Creativity and passion for developing new baked goods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to details!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and desserts according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Monitor ingredient inventory, place supply orders, and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Ensure all baked goods meet presentation and taste standards before service
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with special events, catering, and holiday menus as needed
- Prep at times if needed
