About The Position

The FOH Hospitality Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences in our venues. This role involves leading a large team in stellar fashion, overseeing venue operations, and maintaining high service standards to enhance the overall guest experience. Annual Base Salary: $59,000+ based on experience. Position also includes competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package!

Requirements

Prior experience in a hospitality or guest service role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

Schedule, lead, and manage a large team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient service.
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels for supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest reservations and bay assignments.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
Train and mentor team members and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
Continuously improve the guest experience through innovative ideas and process enhancements.
