The Front of House Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant. This position helps lead the service team, supports the development of staff, and ensures that every guest experience reflects Hai Hospitality’s standards of thoughtful, genuine hospitality. Our managers work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence, support team growth, and uphold the culture of the restaurant. We are looking for individuals who are creative, ambitious, and passionate about food and hospitality. We value people who care deeply about hospitality, team development, and the craft of great service. Our managers are leaders, mentors, and culture carriers for the team.
