About The Position

The Front End/Office Clerk is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns. This role involves embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service, while also demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Fry’s Food Stores, based in Arizona, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in over 120 stores across Arizona.
