About The Position

High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales or marketing (fitness industry preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Social media content creation experience
• High-energy, goal-driven personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Availability Monday - Friday from 8 am - 2 pm

Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound calls daily to leads and book consultations
• Nurture prospects through the sales process and close memberships
• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records
• Be able to sale memberships
