At Mountain View Pain Center, we believe healing happens best when providers communicate, support one another, and place the patient experience at the center of everything we do. Position Summary: Greet patients and visitors as they enter the clinic, making them feel welcome and assist with coordination of care using various software/database systems, confirming and scheduling appointments. Answers phones in a professional manner and assists callers with information as needed. Notifies medical personnel of their arrival as necessary, collect insurance information and payments if necessary, and take responsibility for keeping the front reception area clean and organized. Outbound calling to reschedule patient appointments when designated.
