Growing Well Front Desk Support/Medical Assistant
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably in a medical or pediatric setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment with sensitivity and professionalism
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health records ( EHR ), scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in pediatric clinics, therapy offices, or developmental programs
- Familiarity with insurance verification and patient billing processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassion for working with families navigating developmental and medical concerns
- Bilingual (Spanish)
