- Experience with high-risk infants, NICU graduates, or children with autism/developmental delays
- Bilingual or multilingual (especially Spanish or languages commonly spoken in your community)
- Familiarity with IDEA Part C, IEP / IFSP processes, and family navigation models
- Trauma-informed care training or experience
