The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front desk team under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, ensuring our guests are provided with professional and friendly service. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Manages and trains the front desk staff. Greets and welcomes guests. Assigns rooms and keys. Answers the phone, books reservations, assists in concierge process, comes up with new solutions to improve front desk process. Coordinates with various departments to ensure rooms are ready for check-in. Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated. Anticipate and resolve guest complaints quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Provide luggage service when needed. Keep front desk and lobby area clean and spotless. Wears the proper uniform; requires all front desk members to wear the proper uniform. All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests’ expectations. Performs other duties as directed. Weekly attendance to Aloha Culture Meeting.
