As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will: Schedule: Overnight 11pm - 7amStep in as Manager on Duty during the absence of the Director and Front Office Manager by supervising the Front Desk, Night Auditors, and Guest Service Agents by setting a positive example and maintaining a high level of service quality.Accurately compute bills, collect payments, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.Greet each guest with a genuine and warm welcome, setting the tone for their stay.Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.Effectively find solutions that meet guests' concerns and challenges actively with your ability to listen with an empathetic approach, enhancing the overall guest experience.Coordinate with housekeeping for VIP guests' arrivals enhances their experience. You play a pivotal role in training new Front Desk personnel to uphold service standards. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

  • 1 year supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to multi-task, frequently switching between or simultaneously performing functions of the front desk in order to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
  • Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Shift available is second and third shifts.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
