We are seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. As the first point of contact, you will create a positive and lasting impression for residents, families, guests, and team members while ensuring the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of receptionist, concierge, or customer service experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional, patient, and tactful communication style
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment

Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, residents, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route phone calls promptly and courteously
- Serve as a “go-to” resource for residents, families, and team members
- Monitor emergency call systems and respond appropriately
- Perform security-related tasks such as door checks and monitoring building access
- Assist with administrative tasks and communication across departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
