We are seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. As the first point of contact, you will create a positive and lasting impression for residents, families, guests, and team members while ensuring the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of receptionist, concierge, or customer service experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Professional, patient, and tactful communication style
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, residents, and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Serve as a “go-to” resource for residents, families, and team members
  • Monitor emergency call systems and respond appropriately
  • Perform security-related tasks such as door checks and monitoring building access
  • Assist with administrative tasks and communication across departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
