About The Position

We are looking for a Networking and IoT Engineering Specialist to join our team in Irving, Texas (USA). In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to provide technical expertise, resolve complex networking challenges, and support the integration of Teltonika Networks products into customer solutions.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• High School Diploma or above
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Reception duties including answering phone calls, ordering office supplies, greeting, and directing visitors
• Processing credit card payments via phone
• Managing booking schedule for meeting rooms
• Support onboarding for new employees, including setting up equipment
• Support logistical operations (tracking shipments, delivery exceptions, etc.)
• Organize events and create/send email newsletters
• Provide administrative support, including reporting, organizing, filing, document management, and depositing cheques
• Maintain clean office spaces, including break areas, and conference rooms
• Other tasks as assigned
