About The Position

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. MUST BE FLEXABLE WITH SHIFT HOURS: schedules will be given out monthly are as follows: 7AM - 3PM Take out breakfast, clean-up lobby and breakfast area. 3PM - 11AM as needed will asset with Laundry duties 11AM - 7PM set up breakfast at night

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful or challenging situations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including keeping supplies stocked and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and logging deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as requested by staff members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Update and maintain office directories, contact lists, and other records as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries received through the general company email address.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
