About The Position

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors at our dental lab. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Provide accurate information, take messages, and route calls appropriately.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with filing, record maintenance, and general office organization.
  • Prepare and distribute case plan flags, signage, and other materials.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
  • Work in a safe manner and comply with all safety protocols.
  • Report unsafe conditions to supervisors or management.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and provide timely feedback.
  • Understand and leverage organizational synergies.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and utilize available resources.
  • Act with integrity and treat others with respect.
