Requirements

  • Experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for clients.
  • Excellent communication/phone etiquette and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member in an office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist callers, take messages, or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and record management.
