About The Position

Benchmark Behavioral Health is looking for a caring and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our collaborative team. For much more visit: www.bbhsnet.com Location: 592 West 1350 South, Woods Cross, UT SCHEDULE: Every SUNDAY (8:30am - 8:30pm) PLUS potential fill in/as needed for open shifts PAY SCALE: $16.00 per hr and UP + shift differentials of $2.00 - $4.00 more per hr based on shift. Base rate will be dependent on education and experience. Direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested. Includes screening of visitors to make sure they have appropriate clearance to interact with the requested resident and issuing visitor's pass as required You may be required to physically locate residents & personally deliver messages to the units to ensure the callers are getting through Provide excellent customer service through communication with the resident visitors and families; such as following up and calling them back to let them know you are managing the situation efficiently Other tasks such as data entry, securing package deliveries and maintaining security

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen required
  • STRONG customer service skills & experience required
  • Data entry and Excel skills required

Responsibilities
