The guest service team at Peter Boulware Toyota ensures a friendly and receptive environment for guests and provides administrative functions of the sales department through accurate recording of customer traffic and reports critical sales process metrics. Team members will work inside and outside the dealership in their daily duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner and directs customers to the appropriate person or department. Manages the desk log and phone log Tracks and filters all incoming calls and takes messages. Communicates effectively with the Guest Services Manager and General Manager Greets and logs all clients coming into the sales area of the dealership, including on the lot for extended periods, offering refreshments, and ensuring that all clients are properly assisted Reconciles/updates data entry with dealership software. Produces Daily Reports. Provides a warm, positive, and happy environment for guests, their children, and fellow teammates. Helps maintain a clean and comfortable environment including coffee area Participates in required training Other duties as assigned Environment Demands: Duties are performed primarily in the showroom or outdoor sales lot. Heavy phone work. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with customers and employees. Due to the nature of this position, the employee may be exposed to various work environments. The employee is frequently required to walk, stand, and sit indoors and outdoors.
