Requirements

  • A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, Microsoft Office)

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take clear messages
  • Assist with admissions support and coordination as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Help coordinate communication between departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby area
  • Assist the team with day-to-day office needs
