Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator Optimal Health Chiropractic & Physical Therapy – South Jersey Let’s be clear upfront: This is not a quiet front desk job where you hide behind a computer. This role is for someone who genuinely likes people, likes talking, and likes being part of a positive, upbeat workplace. What You’ll Actually Be Doing You’re the first person patients talk to and one of the most important roles in the office. Your day will include: Answering phones and scheduling patients (with personality, not scripts read like a robot) Talking with patients in person about What we do Why it matters How their care plan works Explaining insurance benefits in simple terms (we train you) Helping patients understand the value of: Physical Therapy Chiropractic care Upgraded services like shockwave therapy Keeping the office running smoothly while keeping the energy positive This role involves selling the office and the experience , but in a helpful, honest way — not pushy or awkward.
