The Role: Where Guest Experience Meets Performance The In-House Marketing & Guest Experience Specialist is a high-impact, guest-facing role responsible for creating energy in the lobby, connecting with guests, and introducing them to the opportunity to experience Sports Illustrated Resorts through an elevated 1:1 presentation of our product. This is not a traditional front desk role. This is a performance-based position with strong earning potential - designed for individuals who thrive on interaction, momentum, and results.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience (hospitality, sales, or events preferred)
  • Confidence initiating conversations with new people
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A results-driven mindset with a desire to earn and grow

Nice To Haves

  • Vacation ownership or sales experience
  • Front desk or concierge background
  • Experience working in performance-based roles

Responsibilities

  • Create the First Connection Engage guests at arrival with confidence, personality, and authenticity
  • Turn Conversations into Opportunities Introduce guests to the resort experience and invite them to participate in a 1:1 presentation of our product.
  • Drive Tour Production Qualify guests based on program guidelines Book and confirm tours for the sales team Maintain strong show rates through follow-up and engagement
  • Own Your Results This role includes performance expectations tied to tour volume and quality
  • Follow Up & Re-Engage Connect with guests post check-in (calls, door drops, in-person touchpoints) to create additional opportunities
  • Deliver Elevated Guest Service Support check-in/check-out, concierge requests, and overall guest experience
  • Stay Organized & On Point Manage tour manifests and scheduling updates Prepare arrival materials and guest communications Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
