We are looking for a Front Desk Manager at The Hollywood Roosevelt who brings exceptional leadership, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome, prompt assistance, and a seamless experience throughout their stay. What you will do The Front Desk Manager will report to the Front Office Manager and will work closely with the front office team. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front office. This role will oversee daily lineups, ensuring all team members are properly informed of the day's events. You will conduct daily walkthroughs as required, monitor operational accuracy, and ensure that closing reports are completed correctly. You'll ensure that the department fully complies with all Hollywood Roosevelt policies and adheres financial handling procedures, while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness on various reporting requested on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Additionally, you may need to plan upcoming operations as needed and oversee scheduling, training, payroll and other administrative duties.
