Front Desk Data Entry Specialist Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Title: Front Desk Data Entry Specialist Location: North Dakota, USA Work authorization: US Citizen Qualifications: The proposed candidate possesses: Minimum two (2) years of relevant administrative experience Experience supporting military, federal, or comparable organizational environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Strong data entry accuracy and database management skills Experience preparing correspondence, reports, and official documentation Knowledge of records management and file plan maintenance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Professional front desk and customer service experience Responsibilities: The assigned specialist will: Perform TAP data entry into AFFIRST, DoD TAP, and other required systems Prepare recurring and non-recurring correspondence within required timelines Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in accordance with performance thresholds Serve as Record Custodian for the M&FRC Manage calendars, class rosters, and classroom preparation Provide professional reception and visitor management Ensure compliance with DAFI 36-3009 and applicable Air Force policies Mission Statement Softthink Solutions’ mission is to drive continuous innovation in IT services by prioritizing product development and implementing trustworthy computing practices. Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant administrative experience
