About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused professional to join our team in our Lone Tree, Colorado office. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our members receive timely, accurate, and compassionate support. You will: Most days, you’ll be on the phone supporting members with payment questions and billing needs. You’ll sit at the front desk—not a high-traffic area—and occasionally welcome guests or help coordinate light office tasks. If you enjoy variety and being the go-to problem solver, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare not required—tellers and baristas do great here!)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including navigating multiple systems, browsers, spreadsheets, and Word
  • Reliable basic math skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle pressure with a calm, motivated attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior customer service while independently handling premium billing functions.
  • Receive inbound calls from members and provide accurate answers about billing, payments, and account status.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible—or ensure timely follow-up when additional research is needed.
  • Educate members about billing options and help them enroll in online payment tools.
  • Greet occasional visitors at the front desk and assist with office needs such as ordering supplies.
  • Navigate multiple complex computer systems with confidence.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive member information.
  • Follow department quality standards for call handling, availability, response time, and accuracy.
  • Stay up to date on current billing policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail by passing quality audits.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to correct member account issues.
