About The Position

Executive Air Taxi Corporation is a full-service FBO in Bismarck, ND. Our mission is to provide the public and our community with high-quality air transportation and aviation services. We are currently seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our talented team as a Full-time Front Desk Customer Service Representative.

Requirements

  • Will consistently search for ways to improve our customer service
  • Can easily adapt to change and remain flexible and open to new ideas
  • Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Has excellent time management
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • This individual must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, have robust customer service skills, be a team player, and be dependable.

Nice To Haves

  • Has previous experience with Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class service by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations, including but not limited to ensuring car rentals, catering requests, and hotel accommodation needs are met.
  • Solicit and respond to customer feedback
  • Politely answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Answer email communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer purchases and fuel transactions
  • Collaborate with line technicians and pilots to ensure all customer service needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Light bookkeeping and data entry are required for this position.
