About The Position

We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or higher preferred)
  • 12 years of front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management and organization
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information (HIPAA compliance if medical)
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients/clients in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Verify insurance and collect payments (if applicable)
  • Maintain accurate patient/client records and update information as needed
  • Translate for patients/clients when necessary (English/Spanish)
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Communicate office policies clearly to patients/clients
  • Manage wait times and patient flow
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Ensure front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
