This individual plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment customers enter our showroom. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning dealership software
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member (Sales, Service, Finance, etc.).
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting front desk and showroom area.
  • Support the sales and management teams with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dealership experience.
