This position combines front desk responsibilities, insurance verifications (including verification of benefits/VOBs), admissions support, and direct administrative assistance to the Program Director. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable on the phone, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
