About The Position

This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and callers. The Receptionist will manage front-desk operations, provide administrative support to the operations team, and ensure a welcoming and professional office environment. The ideal candidate has a professional demeanor, upbeat disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, is reliable and comfortable multitasking.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • This is an on-site role; remote work is not permitted

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the office daily.
  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining a welcoming experience.
  • Keep public-facing areas and conference rooms tidy, stocked and meeting-ready.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries; process outgoing mail accurately and on-time.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure proper setup and stocking of conference rooms, waiting area and café.
  • Work with various departments throughout the year to schedule and set up group meals and get togethers.
  • Support general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, for the operations team.
  • Order, receive and set up busy season and other meals as needed.
  • Follow company procedures for security, confidentiality, and visitor management.
