About The Position

As a Front Desk Coordinator with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Bridgeport, West Virginia office, you'll be part of the administrative group, and support the day to day office needs for a 120+ person team of Engineers, Scientists, and Field Specialists. CEC Bridgeport is part of our West Virginia operations, which includes offices in Martinsburg and Charleston. Our Bridgeport office is conveniently located off of interstate 79 and is within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe, and Outlook
  • 2+ years of experience managing calendars and coordinating events
  • 2+ years of experience managing office inventory orders
  • Proficiency in handling complex, multi-line phone systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting teams within the AEC/STEM industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently, determining caller needs and directing calls to appropriate staff or departments
  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner; notify staff of arrivals and ensure guests are directed appropriately
  • Maintain shared calendars and coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling conference rooms, setting up meetings, and arranging lunches or refreshments as needed
  • Track, manage, and distribute incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office supply vendors and assist with inventory tracking, organization, and stocking
  • Assist with formatting and grammar review for deliverables
