Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Current Drivers License or ID Card
  • Customer Service experience (3+ years) - Required
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism & ethics.
  • Outgoing Nature: A friendly and approachable personality, essential for interactions with clients and staff.
  • Vigilance: A keen eye for detail to spot potential security threats and take appropriate action.
  • Adaptability: Ability to remain composed and act swiftly in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Clear and precise communication for accurate documentation and collaboration with team members.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to office management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Access Control: Verify visitor IDs, issue passes, manage entry/exit, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Customer Service: Greet and direct residents, guests, and employees; answer phones; provide information; handle mail/packages; and address minor issues like noise complaints.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with property rules and regulations.
