About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer\-focused Concierge \/ Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, or visitors. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized environment.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO BE DIPLOMATIC IN ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES.
  • DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE PALM BEACH AREA.
  • ALL CANDIDATES MUST UNDERGO A DRUG SCREENING AND BACKGROUND CHECK

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed
  • Manage check\-ins, check\-outs, and visitor access (if applicable)
  • Handle reservations, bookings, or service requests
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, or management
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Monitor lobby\/front desk area to ensure safety and organization
  • Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues appropriately
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special requests
