We are seeking a polished, dependable, and service-oriented Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team in Philadelphia. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to listen actively and respond promptly to resident and guest needs
  • Minimum of two years of hospitality, customer service, or upscale residential experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Neat, polished, and professional appearance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or upscale customer service preferred
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality service

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk during assigned shifts
  • Deliver an elevated resident and guest experience through attentive and responsive service
  • Answer phones, manage messages, and maintain professional telephone etiquette
  • Accurately log, track, and distribute resident packages, including routine audits
  • Monitor lobby activity and security cameras as required
  • Conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met
  • Assist residents with amenity requests, local recommendations, and service coordination
  • Build positive working relationships with residents, vendors, and property staff
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
