About The Position

HOAMCO has an immediate openings for a Part-Time Front Desk Concierge at Envy Residences in Scottsdale, AZ . As a Concierge, you'll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents, as well as administrative duties. Requirements

• Excellent in person customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written)
• Customer Service experience required

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in the Hospitality Industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support
• Maintaining welcome desk
• Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face
• Manages package delivery system
• Partners with the On-site Community Manager to effectively manage the front welcome area
