Requirements

  • Prior customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
  • Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, engaging welcome.
  • Assist with check-in, including managing waitlists and reservations.
  • Explain gameplay options, membership programs, and pricing.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate estimated wait times and direct guests accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized check-in area.
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding venue activities, menu offerings, and policies.
  • Work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Uphold service and hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
