What You’ll Do Welcome guests with energy and professionalism using our Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards Assign lanes, provide startup instructions, and help guests navigate the center Answer phones and respond to guest questions in person with accurate, helpful information Share promotions, specials, and upcoming events Operate our POS system confidently and accurately, handling payments, issuing gift cards/coupons, and balancing your drawer Assist with lane turnover and maintain organized, clean service areas Communicate with pit crews and monitor lane activity to ensure smooth operations Perform opening and closing duties as needed Help monitor the environment to ensure guests are following safety rules Jump in wherever needed to keep the guest experience strong What We’re Looking For Friendly, upbeat, and confident communication style Comfortable working in a lively environment with music, lighting effects, and large crowds Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Previous hospitality, entertainment, or retail experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be available to work nights and weekends What It’s Like to Work Here Expect music, laughter, lights, bowling balls rolling, arcade games buzzing, and families celebrating.
