About The Position

The Club at Woodbridge is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associate. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for members and guests while providing excellent customer service and administrative support during morning hours.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, point-of-sale systems preferred)
  • Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a gym, fitness center, or hospitality setting
  • Familiarity with membership systems or scheduling software

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check members in and assist with account inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and respond to general questions
  • Handle basic transactions and payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while assisting with towel services
  • Provide information about club services, programs, and policies
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed
