Hours: 2p-10p with Wednesdays and Saturdays off.

Requirements

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable with great communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and office tasks.
  • Flexible and team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Cover additional shifts or weekends as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls courteously and efficiently.
  • Assist the team with clerical tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents and their families.
  • Enjoy working with seniors and contributing to a positive community experience.
