Candlewood Suites - Shelbyville is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team in Shelbyville, KY. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience during their stay. Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with reservation software is a plus
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing prompt and courteous service
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Manage phone calls and email correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily accounting tasks
