About The Position

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Desk Assistant to manage reception and administrative support for our IT company. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression for clients, partners, and visitors while supporting daily office and coordination needs in a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a front desk assistant, receptionist, or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email systems, and basic scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an IT or corporate office environment
  • Familiarity with HR or office management processes
  • Basic understanding of IT company operations or terminology

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Manage meeting schedules, conference rooms, and visitor coordination
  • Maintain visitor records and follow company security protocols
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and technical teams for internal communication
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (ID cards, access coordination, etc.)
  • Handle courier services, mail, and office supplies
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing
  • Ensure reception and common areas are presentable at all times
