About The Position

The Front Desk/Membership Sales Associate focuses on providing exceptional service to every customer and their dog, educating dog parents on the Scenthound concept, suggesting dog services at check-in, and selling monthly memberships. This position involves driving new member acquisition and ensuring member retention. Building relationships with prospective and current dog parents, manage sales leads/pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets is a must.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience required (pet, retail, restaurant is preferred)
  • Having sales experience and selling monthly memberships/services is highly desired!
  • A passion for dogs and dog wellness
  • Computer/ Technology proficiency
  • Availability Monday through Saturday 8am-6pm (no evening or Sunday shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Ability to connect with customers (both canine and human) and provide outstanding customer service
  • Confidence in selling monthly memberships and follow up daily with potential new members/customers
  • Educate consumers on the Scenthound brand and retail products available for sale
  • Greet customers with a smile, check-in dogs, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
  • Manage customer profiles/pet records, and rebooking appointments
