Requirements

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old. Our immersive paid training program will equip you with everything you need to shine!
Client-Centric: A passion for delivering the ultimate client experience is essential.
Physical Agility: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform movements like bending, squatting, and holding an airbrush tanning gun upright for 20+ minutes at a time.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must to connect with clients and convey your expertise!
Comfort working evenings and weekends (beauty doesn’t sleep)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with airbrush makeup or tanning is a plus but not required, just bring your enthusiasm!

Responsibilities

Glow Getter: Perform exquisite airbrush tanning services, leaving clients with a flawless, sun-kissed glow.
Client Concierge: Greet and check in/check out clients using our streamlined appointment booking system, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Knowledge Keeper: Cultivate an expert-level understanding of GloLoft's airbrush tanning techniques, sugaring services, memberships, and product line, becoming the go-to resource for clients.
Client Liaison: Answer client inquiries about the tanning process, formulas, services offered, and essential before/aftercare tips, helping them feel informed and excited about their experience.
Detail Devotee: Maintain a pristine lobby and tanning rooms by performing side tasks, including cleanliness and restocking products and disposables.
Engaged Communicator: Respond promptly to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
