About The Position
Front Desk Agent Seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to serve as the Director of First Impressions at our lodge. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we want to meet you. Availability: Weekend and holiday availability required Schedule: Hours vary based on business levels
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong professionalism
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic math and cash-handling experience
- Comfortable using computers in a Windows environment
- Previous customer service experience required (hospitality preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Occasional lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience required

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional first impression
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer multi-line phones and assist with reservations (in person, phone, and email)
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests with confidence
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately
